EcomRankUp helps sellers review supported marketplace reports, seller-entered costs, product information, returns and operational tasks. Features described as sample, draft, local-only or coming soon are not promises of present availability.

Users must sign in through a supported identity flow and may access only seller shops for which they hold a valid membership. Each shop is kept separate. Users are responsible for protecting their devices and reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Users may upload only supported report formats and data they are authorized to use. Settlement parsing depends on marketplace report structure and can become incomplete if that structure changes. Source reports should be retained and checked before acting on dashboard figures.

Profit, margin, return cost and other findings depend on available settlement data and seller-provided product, packaging and operating costs. Missing or delayed information can make results incomplete. EcomRankUp does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.

The extension reads supported seller pages opened by the user and can send supported responses to a paired EcomRankUp seller account. Users must pair the correct shop and review every prepared field. Marketplace interfaces can change, so compatibility is not guaranteed without current testing.

Listing tools can store reusable fields, prepare drafts and fill supported controls. Images and protected fields remain subject to the implemented workflow. EcomRankUp does not automatically publish a listing; the seller reviews and performs the final submission.

Where claim tools are enabled, they can organise supplied evidence, report visible observations and prepare factual draft text. They do not determine guilt, compensation or marketplace approval and do not automatically submit a claim. The seller remains responsible for evidence accuracy, deadlines, policy compliance and final submission.

Google sign-in, configured AI providers, storage infrastructure, marketplace pages and contact-delivery services are operated by third parties under their own terms. EcomRankUp cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability or unchanged interfaces.

Do not attempt to access another seller’s data, bypass authorization, upload unlawful or unnecessary personal data, interfere with the service, automate prohibited marketplace actions or use generated drafts without human review.

A user with multiple shops can remove a shop membership through the implemented account flow; the last remaining shop cannot be removed through that control. Full self-service account deletion is not currently available. Privacy and deletion requests should use the contact form once its delivery integration is configured.

The project applies authentication, seller scoping and other technical safeguards, but cannot promise absolute security or uninterrupted operation. Users should not share marketplace passwords or tokens and should independently preserve important source records.
