Managing more than one seller shop should make comparison easier, not blur the records together. The safest habit is to treat each shop as its own operational workspace even when one EcomRankUp login can access them all.
Keep ownership visible
Before importing a report, editing a product or preparing evidence, confirm the selected shop. A familiar product name is not enough: use the shop, order and product identifiers that belong together.
Separate the records that affect decisions
- Settlement files and payout reconciliation
- Product and packaging costs
- Advertising activity
- Orders, returns and claims
- Listing profiles and SKU counters
- Shop-specific performance periods
Use a consistent naming system
Give each shop a clear display name and use predictable SKU conventions. If teams share responsibilities, agree on how report files and evidence are named before they are uploaded or stored.
A safe switching checklist
- Read the selected shop name before starting.
- Confirm the date range and source report.
- Check that a paired extension belongs to the same shop.
- Finish or save the current task before switching.
- Reconfirm the shop before downloading a label, preparing a listing or reviewing a claim.
Compare after keeping data separate
Shop-level separation makes comparison meaningful. Review the same period and comparable measures, then return to each shop for the product-level explanation. EcomRankUp does not move data or actions between shops automatically.
